Place was busy but the staff was working and doing their job at top level. Food came out within 10 minutes and was fresh and hot. Everything was delicious. Everything is A la carte , no combos or meals. It can get pricey for a burger spot depending on everything you want . I got a double burger with bacon and fries and a strawberry shake and it was around $23 . I would definitely eat here again but not sure it’s somewhere to take a family for burgers and fries price wise

Exactly the experience you'd want from a fast food place on Friday night - good hot food, quick & easy service. Went in around 7 PM on a Friday night and ordered the Veggie Shack burger with no cheese. Very easy to make adjustments using the touchscreen device at the front or with the employee at the register. The Veggie Shack patty was warm and seasoned well - not an Impossible or Beyond meat patty but really good. The fried onions were crispy and the pickles add a nice zing to the burger! The burger sauce was tangy and complemented the soft bun. Krinkle fries are nicely salted with a balance of crunchy exterior and soft interior. It's about $9 for the burger alone + $4 for the fries so a little pricey but pretty standard for burger meals these days. Opted for the free water instead of a drink - I wish that they still had the vegan shakes! :'( The restaurant is brightly lit and in a nice outdoor mall. It was semi-busy but not packed and service was very quick, bringing the food over to our table. Extra mayo, ketchup, and other condiments are self-serve. There is also a water station and cups available. Very accessible, open space. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

Aquanya and Ricka took our order and cooked it to perfection! The level of integrity in the food is what made us come back. They both delivered the type of service we expect in quality when eating fast food. Both delivered with a smile. We were very excited to recommend them to others who travel to Nashville.

Came in today and it was surprisingly quick—no long wait at all. I ordered the shroom burger and it was honestly so good, super flavorful. The person I was with got the ShackBurger and felt like it was too much cheese for them and it upset their stomach. Service was fast and overall it was a good visit.”

Me and a group of friends came here and had an incredible time. Everyone absolutely loooved the food. Sarah the manager was incredibly helpful and even offered us refills. The prices reflect the quality of the food and service, which is crazy to say in downtown nashville. 100/10 recommend.

We came in today during the ice storm. Very few restaurants were open so business was steady. Food was good and fast. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Super impressed with the attitudes of the staff in light a a near city wide shutdown.

Mmmm mmmm. Post Incubus show trip to Shake Shack did not disappoint. Can’t remember exactly which burger I ordered but it was fantastic. Single patty, no fries, but husband for a strawberry shake that was also I would happily return and do it all over again. Not crazy expensive, and most importantly, didn’t wreck my stomach.
